NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON

Pursuant to ORS Chapter 198, on January 20, 2021, at 10 a.m., the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the BOCC Hearing Room, First Floor, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon to consider a petition to annex property into the Cloverdale Rural Fire Protection District.

The property the petitioner proposes to annex is 30 acres on Brandywine Drive in Deschutes County. To view maps and legal descriptions of the proposed annexation, contact the Deschutes County Counsel’s Office at 541-388-6622. The purpose of the proposed annexation is to include this land into the district boundaries.

Meetings and hearings of the Board of Commissioners will be conducted in a virtual format in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency and Oregon Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order 20-16. Attendance/Participation options include:
